Responsibilities
● Lead weekly Revenue Operations meetings to align the team on renewal strategies and facilitate bi-weekly pipeline reviews to ensure momentum.
● Maintain the integrity of CRM data, manage renewal forecasting, performance metric tracking, and report on the Probability of Win (PWIN) for all upcoming renewals.
● Establish and enforce revenue operations best practices, templates, tracking or monitoring, and review processes.
● Manage lead scoring process, optimizing the sales funnel, and lead lifecycles.
● Assess and track CRM data, identify and present at-risk renewals and opportunities for growth.
● Assist with the management of the proposal development process, including compliance, narrative development, and cross-functional collaboration.
● Collaborate directly with account managers to develop and implement tailored account retention plans.
● Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Technology groups to ensure alignment of solutions with market needs.
● Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
● 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting, revenue operations, or finance in the Technology or SaaS industry in the government space.
● Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, ability to be agile, manage priorities, and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of accuracy
● Proven experience with recurring revenue forecasting methodologies (e.g., churn analysis, cohort analysis, renewal rate projections) and associated tools
● Comprehensive understanding of the quote-to-cash process
● Strong self-starter who operates proactively, with a high attention to detail, and strong communication skills
● Experience and comfort in working with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
Qualifications Desired
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
● Demonstrated success in uncovering and building business cases for new growth opportunities, as well as recognizing threats to a business.
● Ability to apply effective financial and analytical frameworks.
● Excellence in all areas of strategy development, including project management, problem-solving, executive communication, and consensus building.
● Experience working within the defense technology industry
