The Senior Account Manager at Torchlight is the primary owner of the post-sale relationship with our key defense customers. This role is focused on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, securing renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities within our existing defense lines of business. You will serve as the trusted point of contact for Program Managers, Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), and Prime and sub-contractors.
