The role emphasizes extensive collaboration with business units to drive innovation in cloud-based analytics solutions, with a strong emphasis on DOD compliance and secure, scalable architectures. • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, implementing agile methodologies, conducting architectural reviews, and ensuring engineering efforts directly support business growth and high-value deal closures.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Solutions, to provide technical feasibility assessments, risk mitigation, and strategic guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and enforce good code practices across the team, including documentation, testing, and security protocols, while staying proactive on industry trends in cloud computing and analytics.
  • Lean in aggressively to business initiatives, participating in executive discussions, workshops, and planning sessions to bridge technical and business domains effectively.

Qualifications Required

GCP Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Security Engineer certification is highly desired.
  • DOD Experience: Demonstrated experience working with Department of Defense projects, including familiarity with compliance standards, security protocols, and government sector challenges.

  • Strategic Team Development & Culture Building: Proven success in scaling and mentoring technical teams, and defining a high-accountability engineering culture focused on performance and continuous innovation.
  • Business Collaboration: Skill in working closely with business units, translating stakeholder expectations into technical deliverables, and leaning in aggressively to align engineering with organizational goals.

  • Proactive Learner: Self-driven, with a commitment to staying updated on cloud technologies, API advancements, and industry best practices.
  • Preferred Technical Experience (Highly Desired)

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
